VAIN Salon is a Seattle institution—known for edgy, expressive beauty services and its deep connection to LGBTQ+ and alt communities. The current website needed modernization in both style and structure to reflect the salon’s bold creative identity and better serve mobile-first users.

This Squarespace 7.1 redesign proposal reimagines the site with a vibrant, responsive layout, updated image galleries, integrated appointment and model forms, and a streamlined navigation structure. I also included a strategy for Google Workspace integration, SEO enhancements, and affiliate link management. The concept preserves VAIN’s legacy while bringing the user experience into a new era of accessibility, beauty, and brand clarity.
